Welcome to Healing Tails!

We’re so excited to meet you and your furry friends. Please read through this page for everything you need to know before your first visit.

Finding the Clinic

The clinic is located at 1921 S. Archer. Our business sign hasn’t been installed yet, but you’re in the right place if you see the sign “Gospel Life Church Opc”. Our lobby and free parking is located in the back of the building off Cullerton Street aka 20th street. Meter and street parking is available on Archer. If you park on Archer give us a call when you are at the door and we can let you in.

What to Expect

New clients must forward their pets complete medical records at least 48 hours in advance of their appointment. These records should be forwarded as a PDF document to info@healingtailschicago.com. It is important that we have the records prior to your visit to ensure we make the best recommendations for your pet.

We want to provide you with the most informative experience and comprehensive treatment plan possible. Please bring any supplements or medications that your pet may already be taking. We also ask that you come with an open mind and spend some time considering the goals you have for the appointment. We want to make sure we thoroughly address all of your questions or concerns during your visit.

Late Policy

We understand that traffic in Chicago can be terrible and extenuating circumstances occur. We will try our best to accommodate you for your appointment if you are late. When a patient arrives late, the time spent with the patient is minimized and disrupts the schedules of our other patients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to be rescheduled. After the first rescheduled appointment you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

Appointment Policy

We do require a 24-hour notice on all cancellations. As a courtesy to our clients, we try to confirm all appointments. We do recognize that situations arise that are out of your control, however, it is imperative that you contact our office as soon as possible to notify us of your cancellation. We can be reached by phone or email.

Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice or cancellation will be subject to $50 cancellation fee.

We require a $50 deposit for all appointments booked. This deposit will be applied towards the cost of your appointment. In cases of missed appointments, it will be forfeited.

We are dedicated to providing physical rehabilitation and holistic medicine to the pets of Chicago.
